We make all our cabinetry in Melbourne. Our experienced team uses only the highest quality materials from the best Australian and European suppliers. The wood laminates used are from timber gown in Australia.
Our focus for three decades has been quality wardrobes and living space cabinetry. We specialise in storage solutions for your bedroom, living room, study, and garage. This includes built in wardrobes, walk-in robes, wall units, bookshelves, study offices, desks, and garage cabinetry.
We don’t do kitchens or bathrooms so we can just focus on providing high quality products for your home’s living spaces.
Where we came from
The initial Almara Cabinets team were cabinet makers who weren’t satisfied with how the large-scale wardrobe manufacturers operated. They believed that customers deserved better.
The Almara Cabinets team set out to provide customers with the quality craftsmanship and customer experience they deserved. This means fully custom cabinets, expertly installed, with customer service at the centre of everything. When you call Almara Cabinets, you get a real person who wants you to have a great experience.
Our team is now over 30 people operating out of our own modern Melbourne factory. Although we have grown over time, this is still what drives us at Almara Cabinets 30 years later.
Who we serve
We work directly with homeowners, and select interior designers and boutique builders. Our service team covers all the suburbs of Melbourne.
Over the years, we have installed in over 30,000 Melbourne homes. A large portion of our work comes from repeat clients or through clients referring us to their friends, relatives, and neighbors. It has been amazing to create cabinetry with wonderful people and families over years, sometimes decades.

We had Almara install a built in robe, custom TV unit and home office.
